What exactly does RODH-IT do?
We deliver design, development, marketing and infrastructure under one roof: brand and creative design, website and application development, digital marketing and SEO, video production, plus domains, managed hosting, SSL, software licences and wholesale IT accessories.
How much does a website cost?
Our standard packages start at $299 for a six-page business site. Custom applications are quoted on scope. You get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
A business site is usually live within ten working days. Branding work runs three to fourteen days, and a custom platform depends on scope. We give you a date in the proposal and hit it 99% of the time.
Do I own the domain, hosting and code?
Yes, all of it. The domain is registered in your company name, the hosting account is yours, and the source files are handed over at the end of the project. Nothing is held back.
Can you take over a site built by someone else?
Usually. We audit what exists, tell you honestly whether repairing or rebuilding costs less, and migrate hosting and email with no downtime if you decide to move.
What happens after launch?
Every package includes post-launch support — 30 days on the smaller packages and a full year on the larger ones. After that you can stay on a maintenance plan or call us only when you need something.
Do you sell hardware and software licences too?
Yes. We supply genuine software licences and wholesale IT accessories — laptops, peripherals, networking and CCTV — with proper invoices and warranty papers.
Payment
When do I pay?
Packages under $300 are paid up front. Larger projects are split 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
What if I need something changed after delivery?
Every package includes its stated revision rounds, plus 30 days of support for anything that is not working as agreed. Extra scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Can I combine packages?
Yes, and it usually costs less than buying them separately. Tell us which ones you are looking at and we will send a combined quote.
Do you offer refunds?
If we have not started work, yes, in full. Once design or development is underway we refund the unworked portion of the milestone.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
We bill in USD by default, with BDT available on request. We accept bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer and card.
