Scope
Work is carried out against a written scope agreed before the project starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately.
Payment
Packages under $300 are paid up front. Larger projects are split 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
Ownership
On final payment, all deliverables and source files transfer to the client.
